The subject matter of numbers is so deep and broad across human history that it includes almost all thought processes in
philosophy, physics, sciences, hypotheses' and concepts. The idea that math is "conceptual" could not be a truer statement!
From ancient times, numbers have evolved in every society and their shape and value has changed up until we entered the
modern era of mathematics. Seeing numbers could very well have started with one single event in your life and now runs
parallel with your life as you continue to seeing recurring numbers.
Our quote from Einstein on "mathematics" is rather apropos. It's what "reality" we are experiencing that concerns Numbers Phenomena
Research™ and I See Recurring Numbers ™ as far as "numbers" are involved. We want to find out how far reaching this phenomena is
world wide and to gather stories so we can draw upon facts and properly analyze the roots of the phenomena.

We believe that recurring numbers are not a sign of doom or evil, but is part of well being and awakenings in our lives and perhaps
a communication we can yet understand.
NumbersPhenomenaResearch.org gathers the stories from people all over the world that have the phenomena of seeing recurring
numbers and how they are experienced in their lives! If you know anyone who has this number phenomena, please ask them to
send us their story, they do not have to use their real names and can remain anonymous. Our book "I See Numbers" will be out
this spring - 2012. In it you will read fascinating, first hand number stories from others that experience seeing recurring numbers!
Our websites are not numerology sites. This is important, because this phenomena may feel like numerology would, or could
provide answers. Through our research, we have concluded that, while Numerology has value in certain aspects of our lives,
the answer to this particular unexplained phenomena is not found within the numerology study, but, rather in another dimension
yet to be discovered or revealed.
Numerology posits that the "recurring number" was pre programmed in our cell make up before our existence. Of course this
cannot be proved or disproved. But, this is an interesting hypothesis. By calculating ones birth date and adding the numbers
into a "sum", that number becomes your "life path" number. This "sum number" may or may not be your recurring number
phenomena. We would encourage you to spend some time investigating numerology however for a broader knowledge base
as it holds a fascination by the adding more than just your birth date, in also includes adding the letters in your name, numbers
in your address, numbers in the current year (this year, 2012 is a "5" year) rendering sum numbers , which then in turn

In contrast to Numerology which is a succinct number, the phenomena we are studying are "random numbers" that are particular
to us, uninvited and not of our choosing but, those peculiar numbers becomes our "recurring numbers".
As fellow numbers phenomena individuals, we have investigated many subjects and have never found a succinct, absolute answer.
We put forth that this phenomena is an "awakening" and "higher consciousness" raising experience yet to be disclosed.
We recognize that when this phenomena first appears it is a bit strange and unusual making us feel surprised and a bit uncomfortable…
this is a first reaction related by all recurring number phenomena participants. Like something has invaded our private psyche, our space
and uninvited as well! Some visitors to this website write regarding their number, that it is like the number is "controlling" their lives, and,
it does feel like that in the beginning when the phenomena "strikes". So, we take that as a valid observation. Then, as time marches forward
the sheer circumstance of seeing the Recurring number fascinates us. After awhile, we become accustomed to the phenomena.
Any repetition is a "conditioning" process. The word "conditioning" can conjure up an "evil" connotation making one think of subversive
mind control tactics by otherwise unsavory characters. We believe quite the opposite. Seeing your recurring numbers is a "comfort",
something you just know happens. At this time there is no conclusive answer. The answer may not come until the precise moment in
time when your "eureka" moment happens. This is the type of "conditioning" we are referring to - a happy and peaceful experience.
So, when a major event happens, you may be well aware of your answer and we all may be made aware of our "answers" . . . at
different times, all together. Who knows? Only the future knows. Your number may be a "guide" and with you for the rest of your life!
We believe that seeing recurring numbers is meant to bring us into a consciousness of a higher reality. Until that precise
moment in time the answer is revealed to us, we are continuing to study, read stories submitted and contemplate any similarities,
other than the similarity that many people worldwide experience the phenomena of "see recurring numbers!" Even if these
recurring numbers have been with us for many years...keep the faith that the answer will come!
